"Due to a motorway accident the traffic delayed the driver.
Our driver kept us up to date with the situation and was great.
Please note : on dropping us off at destination they received unacceptable behaviour/aggression/abuse from another road user.
Our driver dealt with this in a very professional way but I think they should be checked up on to ensure they are OK."
